Hi I got a v8 disco p reg it hunts when it starts up and when it's warm I come to a stop it try to cut out and starts hunting again it's had new plugs leads the injectors cleaned and a k and n panel filter in it not as bad sinces new air filter but still does it any ideas please

I got a v8 disco it's had new plugs and leads and it hunts when started up and when it's warm it try's to cut out when coneimg to a stop and hunts again up and down its had a new k and n filter as well and that's mad a bit better but still doing it any ideas please
