Hello I have been told you are the god for the p38?

I have had a problem with my p38 diesel manual gearbox, selected low range and all ok. Tried to go back to high range but it wouldn't so put in fuse 11 to select neutral. Now it will not go into high or low and the switch is not illuminated or flashing anymore , I checked the fuse for transfer box ecu but to not avail. I have selected manually after removing transfer box motor and checked motor and that is ok. Today i also noticed the intermittant wipers have been abit irregular. Do you have any ideas

i hawe bin told that you knov a liot about the p38.

i have just bougth a p38 2,5 dse 96 but the EAS ECU is missing .
do you kanw if there is any differece between the ter and the box ?
ore shal i by a specifig box with a special number ??
