Aha.. have found an air filter for a Na diesel already on e bay, so was wondering if they were the same...

Sorry no pic avail, but thanks....i'm in the process of getting all the parts ready to change engines from the std 2.25 blue smokey diesel in my 1976 88" series 3 to a 2.5td from a 1987 90. Need to source an air filter from somewhere? cheers sparticas

Does anyone know if the air filter housing for a 2.5 NA diesel is the same as the one for a 2.5 Turbo diesel?

Hello to all... Just bought my 1st Land Rover a swb 1976 series 3 diesel..and although it's slow, noisy and steers like a tanker (did I mention noisy?) i've got the bug! Sadly the engine blows so much blue smoke that passers by probably think i've been shot down! Because of this I'm wondering...
