it was not that hard to do so long as you have loads of tipex
ony need 2 new bolts for rear cam belts front cam shaft seals can be used again if your carefull removing them bigest head ache was removing inlet manifold but now i know it was easy remove 4 bolts at the front and their are 2 m6 on...

just done cam belt change w pump thermostat and even the plugs
on my freelander kv6 im no expert but advice available while its fresh in me mind

if anyone is intrested remove 4 bolts at front their are also 2 m6 at the rear on to rubber
mounts
then ease it off the reason its tight are the 4 rubber o rings on the 1 bank of inlet ports
easy really

just done a cam belt change on my freelander v6
a very intresting job even changed the rear spark plugs
imagine my relief when she started first turn of the key
i think i should be awarded the mbe

has anyone got a clue how to remove air intake manifold
have removed 4 bolts at front and it looseish but cant find any more bolts:doh:

as you can see by my handle im partial to my steed for the last 70k miles
but got a problem at moment doing a major service so i can have another 100k
cant find out how to get inlet manifold of
