Quick update! I drove it today with the multimeter attached and it was rock steady at 14.3V. The warning light has started flashing though. Clearly the alternator is charging fine and there's a fault in the warning circuit.

Hi, I've just got a wading kit for my 300tdi Disco and it came with a breather plate for the timing belt cover. The only problem is I can't see where it goes! It looks like it should go in place of the pump inspection cover but mine has air con and the tensioner bracket is there. Any ideas on...
