    Well folk's, do any of you suffer from the sender unit float catching the baffle inside the petrol tank? Fitted a new sender unit and this one did the same as the old one! any ideas as to prevent it as running out of petrol is a real pain in the ass!

    It was, brought a new carb and elec ignition, fitted those, went a bit better but the down pipe gets red hot. Ive used a colourtune to check its mixture and that seems ok. can only think I may have a burnt exhaust valve?

    Just brought a series 111 and a set of spanners, funny enough I think I'll be using the spanners quite a lot.
