Made a DIY pulley holder, which seemed to work quite good, the bolt removed with long bar.

Ebay for god sake. It's a RIDEX pulley. I know this mistake now, but found out after making it. What I first thought whats going on was that the pulley is not perfectly aligned, making a slight bigger turn that whats it is supposed to. But there seems to be no other way of installing the part...
