Tip of the week......
You need 2 lengths of rope...tie one end to the ramp & lay the rope out the full length of the motor and drive
over the rope, the weight of the motor on the rope stops it sliding away. :)
Fing is today everybody has elecy powered stuff so may already have batteries for that brand, which is why they now do them with/without batteries and chargers.

Stihl are a sleekit bunch. They sell the machine but all the other bits are extras. Eg: you buy a chainsaw you get the actual machine but the guide bar and chain have to be bought separately..expensive way to buy kit. (Maybe still got a sad on...
Off to Lavaur tomoz for the show "Rock and Cars" which is always fun.
Bizarrely the frogs can't get enough of yank wheels. Good music from the 50s and 60s, booze, food... should be good.
Then Sunday the Round Table are doing a thing up at the...
Boughted a noo electric hand shears for grass and bushes, like the Stihl thing. You had to be careful, as many on display, although all costing much the same, didn't come with batt and charger. Looks like this a noo "thing" with batt...

TBH I have never had much luck with drivin onto them, so I tend to jack the vehicle up and put the ramps under them, or use axle stands.
I'd have the same problem with W's Pluriel.
My 50 year old ramps are too steep for modern cars. Cars had more clearance at the front end back then, unlike moderns which have noses that almost touch the ground. Not found anything with a search, that will suit my needs. Like you I think a...
I use lengths of timber to extend the ramp for smaller vehicles
Saw ramps on line but their depot isn't far from me so went there and got some discount.
I like your ramps. Where did you get them? I need something like those but with a shallower ramp to get under the front of modern cars (like 'er indoors corsa and dottirs focus).
Mornin
