thanks peter, but would it be easier to go in thru the top of the lever or attack it from underneath?? tryed the reversing method as well but nothing!

Alright guys, problem with my 300 series disco i cant get the diff lock in evn tho i can change from high to low ratio with no problems!! What should be my first step is there an easy way to get the lever movin. Any suggetions?????
