I've had a go at the rear suspension bushes and ball joint. I last did them in 2013, so they've been good for 12 years.
I did a whole thread on this in the autumn of 2013 so I shan't repeat it here. Plus I forgot to take very many pictures...
Rear of HP injector pump for the fuel I . Spur is for the return form the injectors.
I recon this part is still attached to the lift pump
And just checked shed and not 1 fitted to an old pump
Todays sitrep, timing kit fitted, new thermostat and water pump fitted. New fuel injector pipes and front hubs all assembled, along with drilled and vented discs and a set of heavy duty steering arms. All in all a very productive Sunday.
Thanks. Sounds good. I'll go through them on that basis. I'll look for a glow plug one.... Yes, I have a fuse box cover, but it doesn't refer to the relays....
The big blue relay is the hazard relay(also indicators)
I’m thinking the others are
Starter
high beam
Fog lights
Fuel pump
Glow plug will be a large yellow relay in the engine bay

The 110 does not have an rtc damper. That was the td5. So just standard damper. The old box caught the bottom of the of the drop arm on the steering guard but the one previous one to that didn’t. So I will have a look in the morning and see if...
Pre-Installing an inverter/charger on a plyboard with large Anderson connectors and all cabling in such way that is quickly separable.
Due to Dutch tax-laws the canopy must be easy seperable and removable in 1 motion.

Put all 4 bolts into box.
put on steering arm
Turn steering(engine running) a few times
to center everything up
Then do that mounting bracket up.
No bushes etc on the thread just that big washer
