I have a 1989ish Defender 90 SWB hard top which has had a Disco 200tdi fitted. However the heat to the cab is pretty abysmal and i saw your post and wondered if i might improve things by doing the same as you did.
Can you tell me if it is a big job and if you can tell what matrix is fitted without having to remove all the rivets from the box?
Any help or advice appreciated.
