yep, went to local BMW breaker, after taking out my antenna from under the driver side wiper assembly scuttle panel cover, they had one from a late 5 series that looked exactly the same (no makers details on tho').
Fitted it, connected the antenna cable (all with the ignition off and key removed). Switched it on and afte a minute or so it worked perfectly.

Antenna cost me £35.00

Hi, has anybody tried a Turbo Tune DT from Energy Tuning? They say it is easy to fit, has 9 settings and can be switched off.
