    Thanks both I'll probably go for a LR/ Mantech one on flea bay. All seem to be around the £200 mark anyway. £500 a bit steep! Thanks again guys.

    Thanks Lynall and Doriz. The Mantech one also seems to get good reviews but it's dearer. I'll have a butchers at the Terrafirma one. Does the piston arrangement on the Britpart for the door work ok?

    Hi all can anyone recommend a good swing away spare wheel carrier for my 2003 Td5 hardtop. The Britpart one looks ok for the price- any good or do I need to spend more? Cheers
