First time i 'drove' a land was sat on my dads knee with control of the steering wheel and him doing pedals on a stubble field. Felt like the boss and was probably around 7 at the time. First time i properly drove one was my brothers 110 when he had it and loved it but had some difficulty...

Didn't quite get there today but got one of the brackets on but could get the other as need a breaker bar to crack one of the nuts off as its so tight but will do it tomorrow on the farm and get a hand for mounting the guards thanks for the advice but found a good video on youtube that helped...

Whoops went up there yesterday and picked up a steel steering guard as they were the same price as others online. However they either gave me 1 too few bolts or i've lost it in the car not really sure need to do a proper search but i think its a fault on there part.

okay thanks didn't realise they weren't towing eyes i assume they're the original ones for tying it down will have a go at mounting in and if i struggle will be straight back on here for more help:D

Well I bought a steel steering guard from simmonites today and have put it together but just wanted to check on what i mount it on as i don't really have a clue to be honest :confused: I'm assuming its where the towing eyes are? any input to a stupid noob would be appreciated.

Hi all, looking at getting a few things sorted for my 90 over the next few weeks such as sump guard plastic a bar and spots possibly snorkel, seat covers and so on. Its my first landy and i don't really know about where to be looking for parts and would like to source locally if possible to save...

Thanks for the reply I thought that'd be the case doesn't matter as someone else has now snapped it up but at £350 new with all fittinging instead of the best part of £500 I knew it wouldn't be around for long.

Right I'm after a quick bit of help. I'm after fitting a soft A-bar to my 2.4 puma and have found one on at a reasonable price but I'm not 100% sure it will fit it is part reference VUB501720 and says its a limited edition G4 part and doesn't say if it fits the new 90 or if its just for the TD5...
