whats the Operating system he is using..?? I am summing it may be a Oldish PC..
Have you any Idea on what memory he has on it.. CPU speed ?? as its not always the case of buying software to improve performance... but more hardware such as memory...
With this said.. I run a thorough scandisk on the system..
depending on when and if it has ever been ran before..;-)
Also having a good Antivirus is a good start.. I myself use AVG on all pc's that are in our household.. FREE (Cracked)
once you find out what the spec is of the pc.. i CAN ASSIST YOU further.. with out costing a BOMB.. lol..
