Thank you for your help!!!! Turned out to be a kink in the pipe going to the slave cylinder! Straightened it and now changes gear perfectly! The wood method over night was obviously building up enough pressure for it to work on my brief commute to work and then would die down again!

Yes but they should last longer than new! Anyway, it turned out to be a the pipe going to the slave had a kink in it which wasn’t allowing the appropriate amount of pressure to get through, straightened the pipe and adjusting everything, now changes gears like a Mercedes!!

No, it’s in the middle of the travel, it was fine before I stupidly decided to change the fluid and now I can’t get smooth gear changes!

No, I can't remember the brand, but it was a decent brand, from memory. It worked fine before, but now I've changed the fluid, it doesn't.

I've got a TD5 90, I thought I'd bleed the clutch because the fluid looked a bit black, I've bled it, no air left, pedal feels fine but it's hard to get in to gear and near impossible to get it in reverse! New clutch master cylinders and slave last year! Any ideas?

Where would the earth be located? The fuel pump relay is also very hot to touch?

I've got a TD5 90, the engine light keeps coming on, and when it does it feels like the engine is trying to stall itself, this happens for about a second or so and then back to normal! I've plugged it and no codes come up. Anyone have any ideas?

I originally thought it was fuel too, but it feels too oily and the oil level is dropping on the dipstick, unless I've put 2+2 together and got 6?

I've got an oil leak on the TD5 90, it looks like its below fuel pressure regulator and ends up dripping around the side of the bellhousing. The bottom of the starter is all oily too. I don't think it's Fuel as it feels too oily and the oil level is dropping too. I'll also add that above...

I've got a TD5 90 (R380 gearbox) and when selecting low range it works for a bit whenever you go to change gear or go over terrain it tends to jump out. I think it's the linkage but have no idea to what look for or what to adjust? Any idiot guides about?
