Its currently looking like the ECU, sending it to ECU testing ltd for analysis and hopefully a repair.

Thanks for your reply, its gone for a diagnostic today will be interesting to what it comes up with, like the idea of having a sensor to protect the high pressure fuel pump,would be nice if that's all it is. Will post the out come for those of you interested,
