yes, was quite surprised at how much smoother it is. even compared the new "cheapy" pulley. for anyone needing to change, its worth spending the extra money for a genuine corteco one.

undone it with my electric impact gun. torqued it up as its supposed to - iirc its 100nm,60°,60°,30°. done using a 24inch breaker bar with a torgue angle meter.

ah, fair enough. just reading your other thread about it now. can be a pain when you cant trace a fault. ive come close to setting mine alight a few times the last few weeks. its never ending, change one thing and another fails.
i bought the o ring just so i know its been replaced but its sat...

have you tried the o ring on the high pressure pump regulator?
might not sort it but could rule it out and its only £8, ive got one here to fit but havent got round to it.

this thing is becoming a money pit, expected to spend a few quid sorting things out especially after only paying £1500 for it, but it seems as soon as i sort one problem out another rears its head.
CV gaitor was replaced and gearbox filled with ATF (thanks to @Alibro and his crunchy gearbox...

just waiting to hear back from the seller before i order the new one. thanks for everyones help.
edit: seller has agreed to a refund. claims theyve never had issues with them :rolleyes: still no fuss, even sending a pre paid label to return it, so happy all round really.

I do believe it's a gearbox out job iirc. Personally I'd order up a clutch kit and changed the lot while the box is out. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than me will tell you if it's is box out job for definite though.
