Mine is limited by the ECU to 90mph, as standard out of the factory. And it does it no bother. Nobody in their right mind should want to go faster than that in a tratter on public roads, I tend to cruise at 60 with occasional 70mph.
That seems bloody expensive. I’d be doing 1 x 40’ container - fill it with 2 cars and your other junk stuff (use the space in the cars also), and ship from/to ports that prove the most cost-effective.

First check the tank for cracks or crazing, also check the cap, make sure there is red coolant in the car not just water, next check the hose going to the Y section on the head the seal can leak and you lose coolant.
