Sorted it, I had accidentally turned the rear heater switch on, that was the light that was staying on :doh: I have got a lot to learn :D

When you say inner dash panel, do you mean the one behind the gear stick held on with 2 big round plastic screws Cheers

Hi all, I fit a new rocker cover gasket to my defender 300 last night in the dark by torch light, could not sleep had to do it! however this morning when I started her up the glow plug dash light stayed on????? Any body got any suggestions, ideas, solutions Much appreciated :confused:

Well I undid the bleed screw on the fuel filter and air came out then it ran ok did the bleed screw up and after about 30 seconds it ran rough repeated same thing happened again. So where is that air coming from????????????

Hi all I have just got myself a 94 300tdi defender 81000 miles with EGR blanked off, however it does not run properly. The story so far: 1, - Intermittent running 2, - Will only just tick over very lumpy, cant increase engine speed 3, - Can increase engine speed but lumpy and not full revs...
