Remote key not working

Thats what I am thinking to, but I am having trouble contacting them haha. Thanks for your help anyway

Thank you for your reply, It did before the rubber came off and the unlock microswitch came off, which is why I sent it away to be refurbished. Thanks

Remote key not working

Just had my key refurbished and it doesn’t work, the red light comes on but nothing happens. I have a 52 plate td5 any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

Remote key not working

Just had my key refurbished went to use it and it doesn’t work, the red light comes on when pressed but nothing happens. Do I need to recode it and if so how? Thank you
