Definetly a good thing to up the rear tyre pressure for safety reasons when towing a caravan. With the extra weight of the caravan the rear end will be prone to swaying if the pressure is too low. I was too lazy to up the pressure on one occasion and nearly lost control going down a long steep...

What about uneven rear wear on tyres......

The plastic panel is rivited to a frame. This entire unerbody frame can be removed.... I think 4 bolts at the rear and two or four in front by the bumper, plus a couple of screws by the bumper. Not a big job, if memory serevs me correct (removed mine about 4 years ago). Rave manual explains it well.

My 2000 model does not have a pollen filter.....
