The green lights are (m) and (s)..which for the transmission. The transmission is automatic one. The green lights show up when I use the car more than 15 minutes but when the engine and gear is cool there no green lights

I have discovery 2 (2004), I got green lights flashing in dashboard (m) and (s), I already changed battery but still show on dashboard. Please any suggestions for this problem? I uploaded video of the problem Thanks
