Freelander 1, 3 door commercial 2002 td4. So the battery terminal was loose, took both terminals off cleaned and greased them put the terminals back on rear window had dropped, now it goes up, there's a couple of beeps and it goes straight down again, Any ideas?

I know it's late in the day, the circuits that don't work were only Showing between 3.2 and 3.7 volts. However the fuse for the rear fog light were showing 12.7 volts! How does that sound.
