hi got a defender that was bought with a twisted chassis, and needs a vic test, the car has ended up having a rebuild due to the damage, i.e bulkhead, different engine, newer doors, new wings, new chassis but....their is no chassis number on it??, i have not done anything to it, i bought the car already repaired with the intention to vic test it and put it back on the road, am i fighting a losing battle with this car?? anyone got any info??
