Thanks! - I can see that there seems to be a screw but it's very difficult to get at since it's pretty tight between the plastic and the side of the seat. I'll see if I can access it a bit better somehow.

Hello - New here.....Passenger seat power works in every direction except to tilt the seat back. Does anyone know how to remove the plastic molding that the power switch controls are attached to? Thanks !
