Hi all, so my replacement part came today. Tested from high range however unfortunately it's a no go. Still the same problem. So I'm left banging my head against the wall! All ideas welcome at this point. Next stop main stealer!

thanks Benble That's the problem. Ive just tested the unit and im only getting 1.5 when in high range. so looks like the unit needs to be replaced . Im collecting one from high range in the morning so will let you know how I get on.

So I've check all the wiring, I can see what I think is the loop, white wire casing with green wire in it, and that doesn't connect into the sat nav, so it's looking like I'm back to square 1
