    Classic Stainless exhaust systems

That's useful to know as I've heard varying things about quality and fit. I think 304 ss corrodes more than 316 but it's cheaper. Who else makes off the shelf kits? I'm not sure these are the same (disregard the presence or not of the 8" extension piece)...

    Classic Stainless exhaust systems

I need a new system for my 94 lse but I need cats. Companies like SS do a full system in 304 stainless including manifolds and lambda sensors for an acceptable price but no cats. Is there any reason I shouldn't just get cats welded into the Y piece as long as the bore dia is the same and they...

    Classic New buy !

Do you now have a new key for the ignition then which, presumably, is different to the door locks. Any way around this?

    Disco 2 Ignition switch

Dragging this back up again.I'm running into this issue on my soft dash RRC - same ignition set up. You can get new ignition barrels for £30 or so now but I don't really want to have 2 keys for the car - is there anyway to avoid this other than grinding all the poeces down so any long slender...

    Disco 1 Noisy heater fan

Now here's an odd thing. I took the glove box down and the cardboard lower cover off to see the passenger side of the fan housing to be met with the sight of what looked like a fan. Sure enough its the same set up as a disco 2 and the fan should drop out with 4 screws. No time to day but how...

    Disco 1 Noisy heater fan

Thanks - the dash is the same on rrs/d and d1 and 2 but the heater fan appears not. I have no fan behind the glovebox sadly. I'll see what I can find on the passenger end. Certainly the noise is coming from that end so maybe I'll be lucky. Thanks

    Disco 1 Noisy heater fan

Now search throws up the answer I knew - you can't get the heater fan out without taking the dash out but I've taken the centre dash out and this reveals the top of the casing - as per spider replacement http://www.landroverscene.com/forum/index.php?topic=800.0 Now you can see the fan unit in...

    1995 Range Rover Classic 4.2l V8

Driver's side is controlled by the ECU but the passenger side is hard wired. Now I'm assuming yours is lhd so you might be able to buy the hard wiring from a rhd passenger seat and hook it up to yours removing the ECU. This has been done over here the other way around. That ECU looks grim but...

    Classic exhaust manifolds

Everywhere I've spoken to is saying the same. JS will only supply in batches of 5 so no they don't order any. Shame really. SS ones don't seem to get the best reviews. Rimmers have one which looks different but I'd need to check with them.

    Classic exhaust manifolds

Does anyone know of a company that might carry stock of the Janspeed stuff? Janspeed will only make to order batches of 5 apparently. The fact they will do a whole system including the Y pipe is good although I still run into the issue of cats as I need them on my car. No idea if they would do a...
