I was a HGV mechanic from 1984-2000 so I do have some knowledge but I have no experience with OBD.
I had a mobile guy come today who suspects high pressure pump, he probably is right but I realise there could also be some other reason causing my cranking but no start condition...

hi it sounded fine just like it ran out of fuel, just checked the fuel pump drive belt hadn't failed, we were thinking about doing flow test on fuel leak off to see if an injector might be stuck open. Thanks
