Hi Dave get someone to turn the key while you check you getting voltage to the starter it maybe something simple like the space connector on the solenoid, recently had the same issue and it was the connector. Chopped it of and crimped a new one on took 5 minutes.

Discovery 2 no start but all lights on dash. No sound of clicking.
