what year is your td4? all facelift td4s from oct 2003 to oct 2006 have 3 pumps first is an ele/pump in the tank then a pump/filter then the injection pump acording to the hynes thingymajig:cool:

1.i think theres two pumps on the td4 the low presure and high presure pumps and if the hippo has the fbh theres a third solinoid pump the l/presure pump delivers fuel from the fuel tank and the h/presure pump which is chain driven keeps the fuel at a very high presure in the fuel rail:D...

When mine were sticking last year i stipped them out cleaned them with brake cleaner put them back in and they were still sticking ,then i noticed a little lever that wasnt moving its full travel so put a little grease on it freed it up and they have been fine:D

The earth strap fits to a connector spade that sits between the fuel filter and the filter(SOMETHING ABOUT STATIC ELECTRICITY) case:D i would have put the tie wraps on tuther side of the clip out the way of the blue buttons:cool:
