    Okay cheers for that I'll certainly look at ordering the cross member and I'll see what i can fabricate in the way of a sill, if half of dorset goes up in smoke and loses power in the next week or so you will know ive done something wrong with the welder

    Okay cheers mate, any idea what sort of size I need? And I take it I either need to try patch, that cross member or replace it with a new one, was looking in yrmit and found one on there, are they any good do you know? Cheers for the help, is much appreciated :)

    Another issue I have been trying to look into but only just now managed to get photos of is the rust, The chassis is relativly new however I believe I will need to replace the Lhs sill and part of the c pillar..... I was told by a mate that the sill wouldn't affect mot as it isnt structural but...

    Umm hard to tell how many are missing but would appear that the holes without bolts do outnumber the ones with. And would ideally like to take it off-road haha. Yeah thats a good idea will give it a clean in the next couple of days, cheers
