I`ve recently bought a 1995 disco, problem is top speed at 50mph it`s reving at 4000 which is not good, it`s modded for off road and I was told it has a defender transfer box on a recon g-box, would changing the transfer box to a discovery one make much difference? and how easy are they to change??

A bad earth wire from the starter to the Disco`s body caused the elec to travel along the handbrake cable, I know this because there was smoke from the handbrake cable, I`ve fixed the bad earth but the handbrake is stuck on because the handbrake cable has welded its self and won`t free off, I`m...
