Just been out to the car, level in the expansion bottle was showing a couple of inches of the level mark. Started it up and unscrewed the expansion cap and water level raised to the level mark and stayed there for the 5 minutes of running.

Thats what I am thinking, when I look at the vapouriser it looks to be higher than the expansion bottle.

When you rev the motor when standing you can see the water drop, then come back up again, ran it on LPG yesterday and water dropped funny thing is it only drops to the sane level everytime then stops.

Found the problem, I have run the last 2 weeks on petrol only and water level has stopped on the mark. Turned it over to gas and it pushed it out of the overflow, so there must be a problem with the LPG plumbing. Still think I may sell as I would like something sporty for summer, wife and kid...

I have the tester on and live is going to the front of the pump connector but nothing at the back of the connector, so I think its the thermal switch have ordered one and new seals so will try this. Can anyone tell me the best way to depressurize the pump without plugging it into a computer.
