No since the ecu won't start the fuel pomp on its own (will only start if I jump manually the relay). does that make sense. on pin 5 out of ecu I am reading 2 volts....supposed to be 12V or 0 to start the pump. My guest with out having a OBD2 reader is the ecu doesnt start. I guessing...
