TD5 Non starter help!!!

ok 2000 defender TD5. From Canada
Motor just came to a stop.
We have diesel, It cranks!
No water
ECU has been checked by Alive...works on other landy
Key fob works open and close door and alarm system.
Crank sensor OK.
All grounds OK
Removed pompe relay, relay is good, shorting the leads will start the fuel pompe.
ECU seams to be stuck...and not starting pompe

Have you checked the fuel pressure or fuel flow at the FPR inlet on the engine?

No since the ecu won't start the fuel pomp on its own (will only start if I jump manually the relay). does that make sense. on pin 5 out of ecu I am reading 2 volts....supposed to be 12V or 0 to start the pump. My guest with out having a OBD2 reader is the ecu doesnt start. I guessing immobilizer maybe... but it cranks so....can immobilizer be stuck. Dont have the stupid code EKA to bypass this sequence. haaaaaaa

OK.
Never looked at the ECU inputs / outputs. But you saide earlier you could hear the pump running? that is why I asked.

But there are websites that can give the EKA for £20, providing it has not been changed by a previous owner.
