Good discs and pads, replaced my flexi hoses with braided ones at the same time. Replace all fluid (should be done every 3-4 years) bleed using something like the gunnson eazi bleed to eliminate any chance of air in the system

Would have said 5 1/2 inch rims are a bit narrow for 235's. Think the recommended is a 7 inch for 235's

Not an engine I am familiar with but on the gearboxes low oil levels could be causing the heat up of everything as the oil will cool as well as lubricate

I have had my wiper arms self eject on the motorway. After you have thumped it on then put a cable tie under the spindle and through the wiper arm spring. Shouldn't fly off on its own again
