I was in a similar situation the other week - trying to insure a 110 with a 200tdi (not standard) and a tipper conversion no company wanted to touch me! Can reccomend A-Plan insurance they were by far and away the cheapest and weren't bothered by "non-standard" modifications

there's plenty of ifor tops for 90s on ebay, not sure if they'd fit on a double cab or if the load area is different?

my plan is to put the ring washer on the wire behind nut and tighten, then fit fusebox cover back - does this qualify as secure and shielded enough?

Hi all,
I just took me 110 200tdi down the petrol station and back to get some milk (about 4 miles). When I got back red fluid was dripping out from near the front, from a brown reservoir I'm nearly certain is clutch fluid. It looks like the fluid had been leaking either out the top, or around...

the chest itself isn't as light as you might imagine, not sure if these are fireproof or not but they're bloomin heavy even without any drawers in!

Hi all,
I have 4 large architects type plan chests to sell, made out of metal and lockable. Would it be worth trying to sell these as tool storage chests for spanners, screwdrivers etc as an alternative to the SnapOn? Does anyone use similar chests for this sort of thing? Or are they no use for...

I could be wrong (it has happened before :D) but doesn't the 3.5t limit mean train weight, vehicle and trailer combined? So if your yacht and trailer weigh 3.5t on their own, add in the weight of the Landy and you, and you will be overloaded legally speaking?
of course if you're only going...
