Thats right. I contacted the DVLA directly to change the form, but at the same time send TFL everything. Once the form came through I called TFL, they rechecked their system and confirmed the body type was now exempt. They changed the online details whilst I was on the phone.

Hello My 90 is now compliant, but this is because I have just changed the body type to 'Estate'. It took four attempts with the DVLA, photographs, letters from the dealer and manufacturer. My new V5C form came through on Monday and TFL changed the status the following day. Which is nice!
