I've got it running ok now, but have blue smoke, if that means too rich fuel how do I turn it down to weaken the mixture

Hi Mate the sedimenter has been by passed when I put new fuel lines from the tank to the engine and injection pump

Hi mate, checked all of those places like you say and there ok, its a 2.5 tdi 300, smoke is a light blue colour, it happened like this ages ago when i put the tank back in and that was air but now started again

Hi Guys my disco 2.5 tdi keeps cutting out at or after high revs, I think it may be fuel starvation cos it ticks over ok. I've put new fuel lines, new lift pump and bled the fuel system a few times. When reved high there is lots of smoke and it cuts out but ticks over ok. Any ideas guys as I am...

It started to play up when I nearly ran out of fuel, just made it to fuel station and put fuel in, then day after started to play up

Pumps fitted correctly so it engages with camshaft, the pipes on the top of the sender were a bit rusty so I used petro patch to make sure no air was getting in. Worked fine when fitted new fuel lines then wouldn't start the other day

Hi Jamesmartin, just had a look and took off the front banjo and no fuel getting to the injector pump, so does that mean no fuel to filter. Is the sender in tank knackered?

I've checked today if fuel is getting to injectors, and just to baffle me Even more there is no fuel getting through. I hope I don't need a new injector pump, any ideas guys

It's a manual and there is power to the glow plugs, It's got me baffled
