Sedimenter has been removed with a straight through pipe. I will check under the cover plate. Could it be lift pump on way out?

Disco 1 has been sluggish for a while. Accelerating now above 65 on the motorway the car is pulsing forwards and back struggling at the speed. Coming to a junction fast and slowing down its cutting out. If I rev the engine hard on the spot it cuts out. What could this be? Fuel filter was...

Without looking I presume the pipe is around 8mm? I'll order some clear to go from the fuel filter to the lift pump to check for air. Whilst I'm at It as well I'll remove the sender cover and check for leaks and corrosion. Is it definitely air and fuel related?

I was worried that the manifold gasket I had done wasn't done properly but I can't see a black soot around it it seems clean and that air was getting in. Where is the inlet union? Fuel lift pump looks new. Don't know anything about fuel pump. Is there anyway to find out if it's either?

Yrm or easy on panels both do repair sections. I'd say the sills are shot. Remove the plastic trim below the doors and take a hammer to it. If it's solid inject lots of Waxyoyl in the holes and put the trim back on. Might last a little longer.

EGR is simply removed by changing the top inlet hose for a straight one and removing two allen key bolts from the EGR removing the EGR completely, clean out the black marmite left behind and fit the blanking gasket and plate. 15 minute job...

Mine does this and wobbles, started doing it after I replaced my sills, must have twisted something. A fix would benefit me as well :D

Put it all back together however the bottom turbo to intercooler pipe slipped I hadn't tightened jubilee clip enough sorted that but also under the exhaust manifold it's smoking. I don't know if that is burning of the wd40 off the block as I used a lot to get the nuts off. Smells a bit like...
