from the looks of your pics,the hose routing i have done is correct i mounted my evo in the same place as factory last night my wife worked to 11pm so i set timer for 10;15pm she said it was very warm immediatly after starting car as compared to without fbh

yes they work well,the td4 putting around town does not create a lot of coolant heat.td5 is a lot better i will be putting one in my disco 2 td5 as well my wife loves the heat in the freelander now brett

looking at rave and the land rover part numbers there is a different hose set up between the fbh and non fbh fbh,part#jhb000160 ,has a one way valve a y pipe and a t for the line that enters fbh(top pipe from matrix).maybe i should have spliced in the exit hose instead of installing the hose...

update took apart for third time removed borg and beck friction and pressure plate installed original valeo friction and pressure plate(were not worn at all anyway) and works perfect mental note dont buy borg and beck stick with valeo brett
