Could it be the spider under the dash?

Just took the disco out on a flat road with no trailer, it drives fine driving ``normal`` but as soon as I drive it harder (over 2500 revs) it holds back gets at about 2700-2800 then drops back to 2500 for about a second then back where it should be. Cheers Rob

Hi. I have got a problem with my 300 TDI edc disco auto. It was running well but I had the trailer on the back and it seems to loose power when accelerating between 2800 and 3000 revues. It will just drop back to 2500 (never any lower) and only for a second or two then pick up. If I am going up...

This is a bit last minute but and 1 fancy a couple of lanes 2 mor afternoon/evening??? nothing serious i would go alone but want the back up really (haven't had my disco long enough to trust) lol

hi all i have just been offered a rebuilt eng for my disco, the eng which in atm is the 3.9 efi. then eng which i have been offered is out of a rangerover which is another 3.9efi. well i have the compleat rangerover so hopefully all the bits needed. Is just a case of swopping the eng over? will...
