Just chucked a osf drive shaft in ... million times better, no vibration now, the inner races had about 3mm of movement inside the cup thanks for all your help guys

I done wishbones on the landy about 10k ago, it' the wife's car so any knock or bump has to be sorted ... greased everything before putting it all back together so it should drop out easily, have use to a big Milwaukee impact gun so should be off in a jiffy

Probably just going to change the whole shaft, are they different lengths ns to os?

Just laid under and the passenger drive shaft is on, no movement really on either cv joint, the drivers side on the other hand feels like it has a lot of play on the cv where it joins the transfer box

Will go out and lay under it and have a feel of the shafts, so they should move in and out but not much rotationally

Feels like it' coming from the front, shakes the gear stick like mad,

There genuine shafts from factory (haven't needed to change them)

Nodge68, yep has 4 matching hankook tyres, all with equal tread, I know how sensitive these are to different tyres, so when I got down to 2mm on the old tyres I put 4 brand new ones on there
