Only problem with anyone doing this on a coil sprung one, is that only air suspended Disco 2's have type approval for 7 seats, you could run into problems with insurance, etc.

Jabba remap, bigger intercooler,K04 Turbo, CAI kit,replaced TIP, 100cell CAT, Blueflame straight through 2.5" exhaust, head polished and ported, uprated injectors. So yes a LOT of money spent on it!

Fuel consumption taken on tank to tank fills and driving correctly on a normal run get 38mpg, drive it like a hooligan and I've had it down to 20! And no it doesn't have a six speed box.

Get a 4X4 Octavia, I've got the petrol 1.8 Turbo tweaked to 260 Bhp, great fun and still get 38 mpg or get the diesel version. Shame about the Disco but I'm also having to consider ditching mine but then i've also got a coil sprung hybrid 2a to play with for my Landy fix:D

Just fit a complete UK 300 Tdi exhaust with CAT replacement pipe as it is not a legal requirement to have a CAT for the test on a diesel!, all your problems solved then!
