Mine still hasn’t been done 👎🏼 asked a couple of “mechanics” I know of and one said he couldn’t do it because he hadn’t got the software if my alarm went off whilst he was taking my door apart 🤷‍♀️

So……. I have phoned the garage I use and they have quoted £250 😳 for the actuator and labour. I told them that was far too expensive! They said the part was from a dealership but could get one off eBay cheaper. I’m thinking maybe it looks like a DIY job. Could one you experts maybe send me...

Thanks guys. Could I get the part and fit ourselves? Or is it too tricky? Does it need a diagnostic assessment before I assume anything?

I have a Freelander 2 and all of a sudden my drivers side door no longer opens with the fob or manually. All the other doors open and all windows work (including the drivers side). Is it a quick fix or do I need to take it to a garage? Being female I don’t want to get ripped off. Thanks
