We seem to have very similar symptoms however the pipe removal did not appear to make any difference, so is there anything else that is cheap or simple to identify the problem.
Or shall I just change the car

My 06 Freebee is suffer the power loss problem at 70mph (on a private road:D), but has any one tried a manual boost controller ?

To check if the head unit is still working put an ordinary CD in and let it play, then retry the nav cd, mine stopped a while back after about 2 weeks it restarted ok.

Yep got the same problem taken the whole lot apart nothing wrong tried lube still no difference but if you hit the door just above the latch where the 3 screw heads are the latch usually returns straight away. I found the mechanism worked very well as long as the screws were loose but once tight...

Yeh I got one of these absolutely rubbish the mapping is wildly out of date just enjoy the Harmon-Kardon and use the TomTom.

H there me and my lad swapped one of these for his Metro no way are they any where near 250 kg more like 35 to 50 top's so that should cheaper.
