thanks for your help bad news is iv taken the freelander back it was getting worse to start and when you got it up to 45 to 55mph there was gray/blue smoke poring out used 1/2 ltr of oil in 40 miles.so rang the bloke up and he took it back. back on the look out for another now (bugger)

hello boys and girls iv just got meself a freelander td4 2003 im havin problems starting it hot or cold it takes a while to start . anyone help
