Ivor, thanks a lot - essentially it's just a bulb that pops in place, just tried and it worked!

Thanks Ivor. I managed to take this out of the disco yesterday, and take everything apart the single plastic gear looks to be in working order, I'm unsure of the internals of the actual motor itself. The pinion was rusted and seized to the housing, manage to get this apart and will lubricate...

Not contaminated, just been stood for a while - could well be rust on the surface, seized pistons or the servo will check later today thanks!

So removed the wiper and nothing is moving from the exterior point of the land rover. I haven't looked inside under the plastic cover but believed this to be rusted in place, how do you free this up?

Hi all, Disco 1 200tdi rear wiper motor can hear turning spinning or doing something but the wiper is not moving, guessing the pinion is seized any advice on how to fix this. Thanks!
