    Disco 2 D2 Autobox P1884

So these are the errors I'm getting with nanocom saved as txt in the SDCard ECU: (3,5) DRIVER DEMAND PROBLEM 1, (LOGGED HIGH). --- (4,3) COOLANT TEMPERATURE CIRCUIT, (LOGGED HIGH). --- (6,3) COOLANT TEMPERATURE CIRCUIT, (CURRENT). --- (24,7) PROBLEMS DETECTED WITH AUTO GEARBOX, (CURRENT). ---...

    Disco 2 D2 Autobox P1884

Apparently my nanocom unit is fault I reach out to nanocom support and they ask me to send the device but that would cost me a fortune due to taxes and shipping. I do have a coolant temperature fault in the ECU, that could be triggering the P1884 19

I don't think bad battery could affect my autobox enough so I can feel the strange behavior sensor are all new and replaced, I'm gonna check the autobox module connections... according to GPT it could be connections

    Disco 2 D2 Autobox P1884

Hey guys I finally solve most engine related problems from my D2 and there are no errors from ECU, everything is running with good parameters (temp, turbo, aap, maf, map, ecu oil, etc...) But I have a persistent error from the Autobox P1884 that keeps getting back, any ideas where to look...

Disco 2 Replacing MSB to NNN

Btw the battle against turbo pressure is now my new problem :D I was at 18+ rods at 0.7 down to 8 rods at 1.10 and No overboost fault, that's pretty weird I think my wastegate is not working properly or maybe it's stuck.. will wait for the car to cool down to see it

Disco 2 Replacing MSB to NNN

And here is the cause of all my troubles! And now I've not 90+ on ambient press, it drives much better also change gears better and drives past 3k rpm faster! I'm having some difficulty to adjust the turbo pressure now, it never seems to pass beyond 1.05 on my nanocom but I'm getting there...

Disco 2 Replacing MSB to NNN

Interesting! Like I said before I have the stock MSB and I plugged to read the Air Pressure and surprisingly it reads lower then the NNN mapped. 69 vs 75 I've also tried to record the live data but I'm not sure it went well, I've got a first record but the file looks empty and I cant upload...

Disco 2 Replacing MSB to NNN

Not totally sure, here is the fuel tune and config ID from the nanocom I will switch back to the MSB ECU later to check the Air Pressure again but pretty sure it's the AAP sensor at this point. Also I've found this info online THROTTLE ACCEL. WAY 1 - about 0.3V with the pedal released...

    Yes, remapped NNN ECU

Disco 2 Replacing MSB to NNN

I've check some info and it seems in my sea level the Ambient Pressure should be reaching between 93-95 kPa, so I'm 90% sure it's a fault AAP sensor, already order a replacement (used but OEM, can't find a new one)

Disco 2 Replacing MSB to NNN

So @sierrafery I finallyyy got myself a Nanocom! My first tests shows a Coolant temp sensor fault even though I already replace the sensor (maybe wires?) And I undo the turbo bypass and connected the AAP sensor back on, are the Ambient pres and Air Inlet within default values or is it way off...

Disco 2 Replacing MSB to NNN

Although the wires were exposed they were pretty isolated already so I will look for a AAP sensor to replace it, I know you previously said that these sensors are very rare to be fault but perhaps I'm that lucky haha, I've already replace everything else so it must be it. ps* mine is a 10p btw

Disco 2 Replacing MSB to NNN

I dont have access to a nanocom atm and probably will not anytime soon but, intrigued by the fact the disconnecting the AAP sensor the car runs better, I decided to unwrap the plastic cover from the harness and find out that someone mess up the 3 cables and duct tape then... I remove the duct...

Disco 2 Replacing MSB to NNN

Anyway, before my unfortunate M/S lights accident lol, I was doing some tests in the streets and the best result I got was bypass in the vaccum wastegate solenoid + AAP disconnected, I've got 1.2 bars on my turbo gauge (although I'm not sure I trust that clock) but there was plenty of power, not...

Disco 2 Replacing MSB to NNN

I don't have a scanner atm but I swap back to my old ECU and the M/S lights are gone and I can drive again... ufff
